AUDITIONS FOR SINGERS, ACTORS AND DANCERS! BEGINNING MARCH 9TH!
Want to be in a brand new musical?! 9 week workshops for SINGERS, ACTORS, DANCERS ages 10 and up! Entry to Workshops is BY AUDITION. Students selected will participate in developing a BRAND NEW MUSICAL based on the music and lyrics of JOURNEY!
The Performer Studio (TPS) in conjunction with Salt Lake Singers Academy (SLSA) is creating a workshop production of a brand new musical based on the music and lyrics of rock legend, Journey. SLSA offers some of the highest quality, individualized training for singers of all ages who want to take their talent as far as it can go. Our instructors take the time to help each student uncover what their unique talents are, identify their main challenges and then work together to shatter barriers and find their full greatness on stage as musical theatre performers. SLSA is holding auditions for a series of workshops in singing, acting, improvisation, character development, harmonization, lead and backup vocals and dance. These various workshops will all culminate in the creation of a brand new musical called "TO BE ALIVE AGAIN - THE JOURNEY" which will perform in mid June, 2015. This is an after school program designed for students who are interested in pursuing their passion for musical theatre and taking their talent to the next level while being a part of something very inspiring and exciting. This is a production that will be designed by, performed by and even choreographed by students.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
· Talented Singers & Actors.
· Lighting Designers
· Costume and Set Designers
· Social Marketing and Graphic Artists
· Dancers...and/or a public or private school dance company interested in creating choreography and performing in this world premier show.

Tribute Concert Workshops - Weeks* of April 6 through June 4th. Workshops meet once a week in the evening from 6-9pm for 9 weeks. *(depending on what roles students are cast in they will be in an evening class on only ONE of the following nights: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays OR Thursdays.)
